Youtube, it's the ultimate sampling resource for anything. If you want gibberish though, just get absolutely smashed out of your face and leave your smart phone on record and check out how much gibberish you said the next day lol

A good place to find some interesting phrases I find, is in podcasts. There are plenty out there and if you can find one with an interesting voice, it can be pretty cool to stick it through some effects such as a slicer or vowel filter.
