are many possibilities to classify vinyls

i think it's simple to manage if you classify by artist or maybe labels ... or alfabetic

more housey stuff is at one Ikea Expedit, more techno stuff is at other Expedit

it's just a mess. i could spend time arranging it all but then when you pack the record bag to go and play somewhere it gets ruined.

same for me... big, big mess.. i stopped thinking about it cause nothing works..

i tho tried to classify it by color once and that worked out quite well since one somehow always can remember the label color of the record you are looking for.. you need to buy extra sleeves for this tho or you will have a giant black and white section ^^

I label my vinyl sleeves and put the number into ´notes´ @ my discogs account. Takes a lot of work but now all vinyls are labeled its really easy to find a record
