I haven't, but anything at any type of quality would have to have a lightning fast internet connection. What are you trying to accomplish?

basically every VNC Client

try

FreeVNC
TeamViewer
RealVNC

the free products should be enough.

even the build in windows remote desktop supports sound.

Is the sound quality any good? (I'm not able to test at the moment, as I'm waiting for the internet to be connected at home)
