Totally out of inspiration. tips?

Hey guys nice to be here, so like the title says, I've been out of my dear inspiration for a long time.
Besides tips like listen to music you like and all that, any production tips that can raise inspiration??

What music are you into?

1: make auto-generated synth patches either via LFO's arps, step seq's, midi and manipulate them into something you like.

2: Jam along with music and find notes and chords that add further interest, then record it all and then cut the original track out and build on that grounding.

3. Do a remix of 'something' - At least you are still active and even if it's a cover, it will inspire you and create confidence.

4. Use sample cd's. Get a couple and just 'beat juggle em', look for interesting ideas and rhythms that may crop up and use them for inspiration to create something. ( don't use minimal cd's )

Just take a break and listen to some other kind of music if you already don't. Sometimes (heavy) drugs also help.

play some other kinds of music, take a break from making tracks. don't worry about making polished stuff for a bit. using instruments and not computers helps a lot with this part (don't worry about buy expensive gear though - some crappy keyboards/junk percussion/other free-ish stuff can work too)
