I am checking some monitor stands on the thomann website, those shelfs are in general quite small, does it matter to have a shelf of 20.5cm on 25cm fe where i will place some primacoustic isolationpads wich are quite a lot bigger?
any sugestions or something on this topic?
grtz

for what it's worth,
my primacoustics pads are resting on an almost 45 degree angle on my stand (so sticking out on almost each side), just cause my monitors are angled the same way, and I don't have any trouble at all.
I can't turn my monitor shelves cause they are part of a whole desk.
VERY good choice to get the primacoustic pads,
this was one of the best things I ever got for my studio.
I'm gonna upgrade my monitors in a few months, and I might be getting monitor stands,
let me know which ones you got, and how you like them.
