Traktor 3

Post by kujoma »

Hi there

I tryed it out but unfortuanatly the BPM is always (nearly) wrong. If there is a break within a 130bpm track e.g he cuts down to 65 bpm and don't get back on the real tempo. Any hint how to change this behaivior?? I don't konw if I'm to stupid but with Traktor 2 all was fine..

Make sure to analyse your tracks, that guesses the bpm and prevents traktor from changing it on the fly.

For this, you should set up a beat grid. I've never done it, so I can't explain it, but it's in the manual, and there are tutorials out there.

Clicking on the BPM display in time with the music will give you a rough BPM.

But if you want to be perfect with your sync'ing of tracks then you'll have to learn how to set a beat grid. Tutorials are on the Native Instruments website.
