just get a modular case and start building. much more fun, sounds better and it can do more.

much as I'd love a modular rack I'm tight on both money and time, so I'm seriously thinking of getting a mopho as a first piece of hardware synth. Although that Slim Phatty would be nice to have a play with before I make any decisions.

Any good tips for cheap starter mono synths? What I like with the mopho is the versatility and sequencing

get one of the MFB semi modulars. the new microzwerg looks nice or there's the dark energy.

you could get a better modular for the price of the slim phatty.

hmmm, i had a look at the nanozwerg and can't say I'm not keen to try it out. Altough I'd be surprised if I could try it anywhere in Stockholm..

I have a mopho module. It sounds really good for the price. I'd recommend it.
