Mystery track ident needed ... mp3 link

Hi there

I caught this short (3 mins) sound clip off the show "Green" on WZBC in Boston (MA) on 19th July this year (around 10pm).
Can anybody ident this track?
The DJ of the show isn't sure -- but thought it might be ZZZZRA or Sistema ... BUT I contacted both these artists and it is neither of them...
Can anyone here help please?
