the 128k mp3 sounds bloody awful.
and i think thats changing my impression of the whole track, like all the reverb and high percussion souds really cheap. i'd like to think thats the mp3 encoding.
the chnage up when the vocal drops at bar 33, seems sudden, like theres no real build to it. i think so of the levels like on the vocal processing are a bit off, and the filtering effex gets overbearing.

much better with the 320k file.
for me the hats and snare are too full, too much decay on them, and they sound a bit thick and grainy, especially when all the rest of the perc. is very clicky and thin. it just makes them stand out more to my ears.
the snare roll snare isn't working for me either.
i love the left to right panning effect at 2:33 - love it, thats killer. why don't you try having the same sound also starting off at right, and pan left at the same time, that'd really trick the mind, as the sounds cross each other in the middle.
