Canada’s Mathew Jonson has become one of the preeminent producers and dj’s in electronic music today, recording on internationally renown labels such as Minus, Perlon, Kompakt, Itiswhatitis, Sub Static, and now on his own Wagon Repair. Jonson has created some of the most beautifully infectious dancefloor burners of the past few years. His stellear tracks (‘Decompression’, ‘Marionette’, ‘Typerope’, ‘Return of the Zombie Bikers’) have found themselves on the top ten lists of artists such as Gilles Peterson, Richie Hawtin, Tiga, Sven Vath and Laurent Garnier as well as magazines such as URB, DJ, and Germany's Groove, who hailed him as ‘Best Producer of 2004’. His intense live PA has been rocking upper echelon festivals worldwide, and we are honored to have him as our special guest performer in this, his first ever Chicago appearance.

Not one to follow mediocre hipster trends or silly elitist trappings, Frankfurt-based dj/producer Peter Kremeier, better known to more discriminate dancefloor enthusiasts as the sublime LOSOUL, has instead pushed the boundaries of genre, always keeping true to his signature funk & soul inflicted leanings without limiting his sound to one confined musical space. A pillar of Frankfurt’s mighty PLAYHOUSE Records imprint (alongside the label’s other heavyweight luminaries ALTER EGO, ISOLEE, and RICARDO VILLALOBOS), his multitude of productions since ’94 have been caned by house and techno enthusiasts the world over. His performances have brought him to all of Europe’s most musically discriminate clubs (BATOFAR, PANORAMA BAR, TRESOR, WEETAMIX, WMF, etc.), and to the world’s most highly regarded festivals (10 DAYS OFF Belgium, BENCASSIM Spain, LOVE PARADE - Berlin, MUTEK Montreal, POPKOMM Cologne).
