Net Label File Hosting Sites-Recomendations?

I am looking into starting a free netlabel, was wondering what file hosting sites other netlabels use? In an ideal world, the site would be free, allow multiple downloads to occur at the same time (for exaple sendspace wont allow 2 people to download the same file at the same time) and would let me know how many times the file has been downloaded.

Is there a site that does all this??
