mc 909 ?

I think about buying this peace of equipment (2nd hand of course)...some of u guys have been playing with this groovebox? If so , what do you think about it? I had a lot of groovebox but never even touched the 909...so ? What do u think about it?

my main problem with it is the need to stop the sequencer to enter record mode.

i've grown too used to the korg boxes, elektrons, etc. that let you switch in and out of record mode.

for me it broke my flow too much.

other than that decent and very cheap these days.

Ok , that's what I thought, and what I've been afraid of...Same here, too much korg for me as well and the mc's wern't creative friendly for my way of working .
