Not fair!!

Post by Rich »

I´ve just been looking through the club webpages trying to find something interesting for New years eve, and I´m f.ucking gutted. I´m working abroad for three months at the moment, and in that time I´m missing Magda, Hawtin and Dan Bell play in my home town. Can´t believe it! Liverpool is normally crap for minimal techno, and now in such a short space of time I´m missing all three of these djs. I actually considered flying home for the weekend to see at least one of them play, but I´m too skint at the moment. Plus Hawtin is playing on a wednesday night (?) so I couldn´t go anyway.

Damn.

Drop the idea of becoming someone else, because you are already a masterpiece.

True true. Went to Moog last night, cos today was a public holiday and I´m off work. Was only the residents, but they rocked it. Started nice and minimal, then worked it up faster and harder. Best tune of the night: Dan Bell - Losing control.

Nice club as well, but I got freaked out by the 80´s music room upstairs. Had to go past it every time I went to the toilet, and it messed with my head...
