Upcomming Live PA and upgrade to Live 8

i made the project in live 7, its in a week, i am wondering if I should just wait, and get live 8 after the live pa? Will the transfer from 7 to 8 cause me any problems with my project?

Anyone?

haven't noticed anything seriously playing up, but I think there are potentially more bugs in 8 than 7 atm.

had some timing jitter but that was related to something else and not with the 7 to 8 upgrade.

I would stick with 7 though till after the gig just in case.

Any good reason for upgrading?
If yes, just make sure you have a backup of your live set before you open it with the new version.

not really, ill stick with 7 a bit longer.

i really love the channel agroupation

its a new cool feature. and you can modify the zoom of your live and arrangement view

i would stick with your current setup before running the upgrade.

live 8 will override your library and you won't be able to go back to live 7 afterwards unless you do some custom configuration.

do the live pa and then enjoy live 8 while you have a couple weeks to work out the kinks. I don't think you'll have a problem but you really never know. for instance... live 8.0.4 unrepentantly quits on my sometimes while i'm loading up different sessions sessions.
