Has anyone else experienced trouble ordering from decks recently? I tried ordering but the automatic mail system doesn't reply and the order doesn't appear in my open orders list. I've tried mailing them but I didn't receive an answer yet.

The order appears in the "my open order" list after the decks team manually controlled if the vinyl is really there. so this could take a day.
you should have received an email like
this email is the only way to see if you have ordered something until the decks team adds your order manually to the "my open orders" site.

well, it's been 3 days now, so they should have seen it already. Like I said, I never had any problems before. The weird thing is that the order appears in my invoice list. But is nowhere to be found under open orders :s
guess I'll just have to wait till I get a reply from them. Damn I hope it doesn't take too long, that repress of Soulkaramba prolly won't last long
