The UK Scene

It would be great if we did a spotlight on the UK Scene as I think there is so much great talent and great labels here... I would really like to see how big it is in the sense of region (Wales, Glasgow etc..), what artists are doing their thing and how many UK labels are releasing Techno/House.

is it just British artists and labels run by British or are we including the vast amount of overseas talent in the UK?

Including artists that are from other countries that live in the UK is a hard one cause the fact they live here doesn't exactly mean they are representing UK talent...??? this is a bit of a chicken or egg scenario..
