Ableton EQ3 Replacement?

Post by hydrogen »

The eq3 seems to give a really grainy sound when adjusting the knobs.

I brought this up before but the only answer I got was to modify an eq8 to do similar things... however those solutions don't give the same controls as a eq on a pioneer, ecler, or allen and heath.

Is there another vst that you might be familiar with? Thanks in advance.

eq 3 colors the sound, so its unusable. its frequency range its from 50 to 18000 hz i think.

if you cant get a real mixer, try using the audio effect rack with 3 instances of eq 8, then map the knobs and buttons you need to tweak to your controller and voila!!

That first one sucked... or at least the demo did... still waiting to try the pluggo one... i'm skeptic on running pluggo stuff in a live setup.
