The Past

Woah there, did two years just fly past us? It only feels like a second since the hectic party with Cesar cemented our first twelve months of wonky electronic adventures and here we are again. The last year has been a step up for Delete, with UK debuts from such respected artists as [A]pendics.Shuffle and Donk Boys, our first foray into the festival circuit at the Sellindge Music Festival, and heaps more memorable parties besides.

The Present

To celebrate our birthday in style, we felt it was time to put on a veritable feast of a line-up that continues our mission to bring only the finest house and techno talent to our ever-growing crowd, and cements our position in the UK scene and beyond.

We’ve long been promising a hook up with London powerhouse Multivitamins, and finally it’s happening with a whopping three members of their extended family delivering the audible goodies. First up is a live set from Sebastian Russell, a producer we’ve long been digging with a typically Delete-friendly eccentric sound that combines impulsive dancefloor dynamics with a rich tapestry of found sound, trippy synths and quirk oozing out of the soundwaves.

On top of that we have the MV head honcho Doudou Malicious on DJ duties alongside Arnaud Le Texier, who you may remember levelled Dusk Till Dawn back in May 2007. Between them they will span the farthest reaches of 4/4 music, from driving techno to freaked-out house.

Upstairs the Dubnium massive will be returning to belt out a mind-boggling mash-up of roots, digi-dub and dubstep to get your bowels a-wobbling with regular hoodlums Mudie and the Dubnium crew.

Of course our residents Tone Def and Mr Smith will be on hand to destroy your brains with the funkiest bombs known to man, but the fun doesn’t stop at the club. We will be returning to a particularly choice after-party location to push the party on well into Saturday, making this party one not to miss.

The Future

As if that wasn’t reason enough to get on down to Bournemouth for a riotous weekend, this will also be our last regular session at Dusk Till Dawn for the foreseeable future. Cutting the good ship Delete loose from it’s moorings, we feel it is time to explore uncharted territory with the event. Keep your eyes peeled on the website for the latest developments in our never-ending quest to bring the wonk, and of course the growth of our label, Alt Recordings. This isn't the end by any means ; )

Keep it funky,

Delete x

Delete parties were always fun, good luck with your last one at Dusk Till Dawn and well done for pushing the sound in a difficult place like Bournemouth!
