cubase in combination with reason

Post by mpc »

hi there,i was wondering how you can pre-listen samples in reason while reason is already linked to cubase.(because when cubase isn't linked with reason you CAN hear the samples before you select them).

thnx alot

sorry i cant answer the question....
but i also have another problem...
when i use reason as rewire, with cubase...and i hit the play button...it takes a second before it starts playing...it has a delay, and then, if you se the midi channels...the sound comes with delay compared to the cursor....any idea what could be the problem??
its all really slow, and its a real shame i cant use reason with cubase
thanks

yeah i did...but its like there is an exagerated latency...
i mean, the rewire works, but its too slow.
could it be the soundcard? or just that my pc is running slow?
hmm...and i dont forget that this was not the original problem presented in this topic, but it just seemed the right place to ask my question
sorry

set the asio parameters...that should do the work to a certain level.

if that's not enuff then go buy a new soundcard which is not onboard like ac97.
Drop the idea of becoming someone else, because you are already a masterpiece.
