Can Reason not create Tech chord sounds?

I can create the type of sound I am after using something like V-Station but when it comes to Reason I cannot seem to get close. I have used Thor but it sounds to tinny.

I could just sample but I would like to try and do it myself. Anyone help?

i've never used V-Station, but looking at a screen shot, i dont see why you couldnt get pretty close sounds on Thor.
are you using a V-Station preset and tweaking it, or building from scratch?
how well do you know Thor?
and the "tinny" sound.... have you tried the different oscillator types and filter types?

maybe you could put up a sample of both of the sounds you've made for a better suggestion
