As a product of the the co-operation of the most famous brands of Serbian electronic scene, the record company Traffica (which came from the family Recon Warriors) and Urban Bug (the best clubbing magazine in South-Eastern Europe), presents the music compilation Soulfood, which has brought together some already accomplished producers as well as some new hopes of the Serbian electronic scene. The whole concept around this edition has been to present new tendencies in music, which show that Serbia is in no way behind global music production in terms of quality. The whole idea gets even more exciting when mentioned that the promotion of this edition is going to be at this year’s EXIT festival. Also, the artists from this compilation are going to perform at EXIT festival at Traffica showcase at Urban Bug Stage.
When it comes to the performers, featuring artists among others are: Marko Nastic, Dejan Milicevic, Marko Milosavljevic, Kobaya, Jan Nemecek, Danilo Tomic, Milos Pavlovic, F.Sonik& Tomy Declerque , Aneuria, Shoxy, Kibz& Dfndr, Faktor X and others. We can see from what is mentioned above that most of the domestic producing scene has been presented, as well as tracks that have been prepared specially for this compilation by our dear friends from Slovenia. It is also worth mentioning that the concept of Soulfood as a compilation is dancefloor oriented, differently from other compilations of this type, so it is to be expected that many of the tracks from this edition will definitely find their place in sets of many prominent DJs! Those interested might be lucky enough to get one of the few free CD copies of Soulfood which are going to be given at EXIT festival, and after that the compilation will be available exclusive for buying at Beatport.com.
