I cant get this to work...
Ive read my instructions manuel and still..
So I hold down my learn button, twist a knob, I can see in the display that he recognises it.. I push the midi button in ableton, select a parameter(for instance a volume slider), twist the knob and nothing happens....
Ive selected my bcr2000 in my ableton preferences btw.
So what am i doing wrong ?

What OS are you using and what version of Ableton ?
Should be pretty simple - hit the midi button at the top right of the Ableton screen, it will turn everything a blue tint, then click on say a volume slider on the ableton screen, then move one of the pots on your BCF - it should pick it up automatically and if it's v7 it will appear in the midi map on the RHS of the screen.
If it doesn't - It could be that a preset configuration is activated on the BCF - simply skip through them until it works.
You shouldn't need to use learn, and additionally, for anyone having trouble seeking Vista drivers, it doesn't need them, Vista has some sort of built in M-Audio (I think) drivers which mean it should plug and play.
Good luck

Tried to hook the BCR2000 up to my fresh Vista install, to no avail.AVX23 wrote:

It recognizes the BCR perfectly, from here it will try to find a driver, which it cannot.
The only visible connection that is made, is a short blip on USB, after switching the BCRs power on.
After that, it seems to be lost.
Anyone have any idea?
