Connecting two turntables to two mixers?

Post by metalworker »

Hi

I was wondering if theres a way to connect two turntables to two mixerboards. This way i dont have to buy a fourth turntable or reconnect all the wires. Any help is welcome..

oh right, i see. so you want the 2 decks going into their own seperate mixers. so you'll need a third mixer to mix the outputs of your first two mixers basically. still a bit puzzled why you'd want to do that.

Or you just use one mixer as audio in to the other mixer, in a master-slave way.

That's how Seb Herre and me do our four-deck dj club sessions. Everybody has two decks connected to his mixer, and one mixer runs into the third channel of the other mixer which then connects to the sound system. Three mixers is better of course...
