Hi everyone

first up another thank you for the overwhelming support i have been receiving in terms of Uzuri . For those of you who have been hankering after our releases digitally . i'm pleased to say that Uzuri has gone digital .
you can find our releases at the above mentioned digital stores and beyond .

Now back to the forthcoming release . i've been sitting on this release for quite sometime now & i'm pleased that we now have a release date for it .

A bit about the artist :
Vakula was born in the 80's in a small ancient town called Putivl in the north of Ukraine . His grandmother , played a massive part in his musical education . His grandmother Lucy was a concert promoter and booked luminaries such as Quincy Jones to come and play in the tiny town ; Putivl . Vakula was lucky enough to get some advice and inspiration towards his own path in music from none other than Quincy Jones .

Uzuri is proud to be releasing this talent's debut ep . "Hohol" is the finest example of slow, compressed House and Techno variations . It's a deep, sprawling affair that takes in sumptuous Chicago reductions and crawling Detroit shuffles ; hypnotic grooves with enough funk to keep you going - complete with crazy compression and filtering.
Man of the moment , Lerosa , comes up trumps with his rather filthy remix .
