Pheek - Aye Aya Ashawa (Mathias Kaden Remix)

Not exactly latin but its got those acoustic sounding drums.... some others a are Ricardo Villalobos - Druic and Miss Fitz - Menternal (Villalobos In The Pipe Mix)

But Ricardo Villalobos - Primer Encuentro Latino-Americano is definitely one of them. It is based on a traditional chilean song.

two great tracks, vacaciones en chile had me screaming out loud when I first heard the hook

desolat #2 (sentimente - nean marin remix) is great as well, and of course cadenza releases often have that latin vibe (bomberrrrooooooos) and you should definitely check out the new cecille by markus fix http://www.juno.co.uk/ppps/products/304577-01.htm, this one has some great ethnic vibes.
