I have noticed that there are often threads asking for festivals and clubs in Europe
It would be interesting to have a thread which has all minimal festivals and clubs.
If you want to add festivals which are not minimal, but worthy of mention (EDM or not), you can add them.
Clubs should be oriented towards intelligent music: minimal, electro, IDM, nu-trance, whatnot

Luztro/Warsaw - one of the most crazy afterhour clubs worldwide, two rooms - dark one with techno/mnml and the other one with electro/house stuff playing from fri 22 til monday 8 o'clock.
Metro/Bialystok - oasis in the northeast Poland, in the middle of nowhere there's a place with one of the best soundsystems i've ever heard, ran by two friends and their family's. Once yu're there' you'll stay a part of it forever ..... Main stage + chill out (capacity 400 ppl)
Sfinks/Sopot - almost directly one the beach, polish legend of the clubbing culture. Check it out on saturdays, don't feel hesitated by crazy artists changing their clothes in the middle of the dancefloor or some dancers coming down form the roof, magic atmosphere ...
SQ/Poznan - very popular one, lots of trendy youth. Musical program varies between commerce and underground. Go for the AUutomatik! nights - very strong line ups with international stars .[/b]

So people, you can start by adding festivals or clubs, with as much info as you can, and I can edit the OP.
For festivals, no need to know the exact dates, seeing they are bound to vary. But for example, Sonar is always the second week-end of June (or so I think, whatever, you get the idea)

Festivals
During the festival season (june/september) it's as if every single town in belgium gets it's own festival, more than often there are a few electronic acts, but nothing too serious. So I'll just name the festivals that have a lot of EDM on their line-up.
January:

Rock Werchter: Doesn't really focus on EDM, but still deserves a mention because it's one of the biggest festivals in Europe (voted best festival in the world twice in a row if I'm not mistaken). Sets you back a whoppin 180€ though...
Dour: Best Belgian festival imho, lots of EDM, a really friendly *cough*lotsadrugs*cough* atmosphere and last year it only cost 70€ for four(!) days. (http://www.dourfestival.be)

POLAND : generally not that much going in the minimal industry most of the attention is being gathered by the eurotrance/progressive sh!t, but ....

Wislostrada - beginning of june, independent theater festival in the center of warsaw, directly on the river, hosting dubstep/dnb stage and techno/mnml stage. FREE OF CHARGE,
live acts/dj's - hit me if u wanna be musical part of it ....
Audioriver - beginning of august, 3 days off ...... 3 stages, directly on the river in Plock in the central Poland, voted as oe of the top festivals of august 2007, due to residentadvisor,net FREE OF CHARGE
i don't wanna drop even a single word about the big things such as creamfields, may day and so on eventhough they do host minimal scenes ....
