There isn't even the slightest fairness in comparing these two. The machinedrum wins by a HUGE margin.

and also any body knows what's the differences between the two models of machinedrum which is the SPS-1 & the SPS-1 UW?

UW has sampling and a few other things. If you spend the money on a machinedrum- just pay the extra and get the UW. You'll regret it if you don't. Elektron used to upgrade for $600, but I don't know if they still do that.
