Private message not working?

Hi I've got a notification I received a private message, but my inbox is empty. Is that a known problem?

not to my knowledge... perhaps at the exact moment (if) they were performing a back up it may have happened...

I'll looked into this..

I received a second email and this time the private message was there, so it was just a glitch I think. THanks for the answer.

perhaps their is an issue with that login/account..

perhaps something happened when you signed up..

due to having only Posts: 19 / perhaps re-recreate the account..

just giving you a quick answer that my solve your problem..now
