Battery 3
Battery 3
While using Battery 3 as a plugin in Live, is it possible to route all the different sounds generated by Battery 3 to a seperate channel in Live without starting Battery 3 multiple times? So you start Battery 3 (once) as a plugin and route the kick, the snare, the hihat etc. to different channels in Live..

oh... and here is an abstract "how to"
get your battery 3 drum machine ready and program some patterns to get some sounds moving... then do the following.
1. assign each pad to a different out in the battery 3 plugin.
2. create your blank audio Channels in live
3. in live set the input for those channels to receive from the battery 3 plugin.
4. in live set the sub-input in live each channel to match the output you want to receive from the battery plugin.
5. set the monitering to in on those channels.
boosh.
i've found that the new live 7 i don't use battery anymore... the drum rack is banananzzzz!
