About: PsyTox (formerly Norman Bates) has been dj'ing since 1989 on parties throughout Belgium and the neighbouring countries. Rather than being pigeonholed into one style of music, he mixes very eclectic sets, including elements of acid, house, techno, deephouse, minimal, breakz, d'n'b,... . It has brought him to a wide variety of venues in different scenes.

His debut EP features five tracks, all very dancefloor oriented and all influenced heavily by various hero artists. "Cali" is based on the sound of crazy mandolines (!), while "Medellin" thrives on the high-pitched wacko minimaltechno bleeps familiar from people like James Unk or JPLS. Pasto is a dancefloor elektro monster that is simple yet effective when played on the dancefloor. Tested and garantueed!
Bogota was originally a blatand ripoff of Luciano's "Bomberos" but during production it went a completely different way. But thank you Luciano for the inspiration.
Last song Neiva is taking it on the minimal side of things, keeping it strictly to a minimum of sounds and yet creeping in maximum dancefloor drive.

Supported by Jozif (Resident Advisor, The End), The Office, Tom Dazing, Orange, Tecnum, and my mum.
