[sn020] Lava
ARTIST Description:
LAVA is a project that I created during my last visit to the canary islands, my home town. I have created music based on the scenery I was surrounded with mixing organic and hypnotic components with complex textures that fill the piece.
This pieces were done for a live set I made for chroma festival in Tenerife and then were sequenced in Barcelona to make them full separate tracks giving them a more dancefloor appeal while keeping the hypnotic and granular parts to it. I have also done a series of pictures from organic lava rocks at the time that I mixed then with software textures to represent the music with visuals, during the festival I proyected all this pictures and another person mixed the textures like it shows in the pictures below making it a very special work full of meaning and feelings
