Pier Bucci moved from Chile to Berlin to work and hang-out with the Germany-based "Chile-Posse" like Argenis Brito, the voice of Señor Coconut,who is at the same time the second half of Mambotur - alongside Pier. Much has been written about the recent emergence of Chile as an unexpected source of cutting edge Electronica and there’s clearly something going on down Santiago way. Along with Ricardo Villalobos, Lucien, Pier et al are penning a new chapter of dance music, splicing traditional South American melody and rhythm with conventional electro house to create an infectious hybrid that gets right under the skin… and stays there.

Apart from his various collaborations with Argenis and Luciano, Pier has also been kept busy recently with his solo work, releasing and remixing tracks on Damian Lazarus's Crosstown Rebels and Jay Haze's Contexterrior.
