For club I would say Paradox(fever) in Baltimore and NASA (shelter) in NY
There were some incredible times there.

For a party I would always go with Dan Bell and John Acquaviva inside the Brooklyn Bridge (anchorage) back in 1995.

Club 11 Amsterdam is number one. Fabric London is a close second.
