whatever happened to promotors?

i mean...a lot of US ppl are refering here for gigs in europe,why is that?

Because in Europe you actually get payed all if not most of your fee

North America has a rather small scene compared to Europe. Plus you'll get waaay more promotion in Europe. And I am sure there are plenty more reasons to add to those.

And Seth, you so need to get an agent for international gigs!

i agree with you jesse...but as far as i see, alot od international artists are booked because a certain promotor heard about them.
i'm not saying that this is a bad thing seth,but it's kinda funny to see almost every US artist ask about a gig in europe.

a lot of us here are all about promotional cd's and marketing,which led some to get in a booking agency.

Juli is a tough month for clubs due to all the festivals and vacations here in holland. Most won't take a risk these months..
