Young people in Berlin are obviously in desperate need of new party locations. so why not build up the sound system in your local bank?

Not sure I understand what's going on. Are they breaking into the banks and having parties? Or is it legal?

i'm not a lawyer, but at least they don't break into the bank. They have this party in the "lobby" which is open 24/7 for everybody (where you can get money or account statements).

it's in a grey area like many of those flashmob activities.
