Netlabels owners : giving credits ?
putting a huge banner behind you advertising netlabels you like would do the trick

A set containing only tracks that are under "creative commons" liscence

i dont think the netlabels urge djs to give credits in a live situation.
no. its ok to play such things live without any action like banners or something. but as said: if there will be a recording: make a playlist with the links and post it everywhere, or put the playlist in the ID3tag

if you play in a cultural festival it is possible that in the program it will be a short description. you could put there some netlabel names and explain the idea behind your set.
good luck!
