ha, uh. I can do this with the "echo" effect on a numark dxm I have lying around. Basically any mixer with a tape, or echo; sometimes on really cheap mixers- "reverb" effect can do this.
He uses the Lexicon PSP42 delay...routed from Ableton on his laptop through to the Allen & Heath mixer...sends and repeat controlled on the mixer (don't quote me on this ).
