Worth buying Reaktor3 and Absynth1?

I just saw these two synths secondhand, at £110 for both. Would you say they are usable as they are? What would I be missing out on if I kept them 'as is'? On the other hand, the total upgrade price to the latest versions is 220 euro...

hmm, if i got you right, then your saying that, you buy reaktor 3 and absynth 1 for 110 pounds, and upgrade to reaktor5 and absynth 4 for 220 euros. if so then go for it!
