VST Low Mid High

Hello

I'm looking for a simple filter a la Ableton's eq3 to use in other DAW, you know, a mixer-like Low Mid High Eq...Any idea, possibly freeware ?

been looking for something like this myself for awhile, scouring site like kvr and such with no luck. i wish ableton would allow their plugins to be used in other applications. i would use them in sound forge if i could.
