[CURLE 004] Dub Kult / Artificial Latvamäki

Post by fader »

V/A - Curle 004

A. Cluster fck - Dub Kult (Arcola, Traum, Raum / UK)
B. Se Tuli Aavikolta - Artificial Latvamäki (Trapez Ltd., Budenzauber, Curle / Finland)

releasedate: 29-01-2007

blabla: Now this is definitely an EP that stands out of the lot. The fresh Belgian Curle label offers us again two tracks from two different artists. First on is Dub Kult, world famous since his releases on Raum and Warp sublabel Arcola. 'Cluster fck' sounds happy and dark at the same time, with a wicked vocal coming in half way. We really wonder what she's talking about. The flipside holds the second Curle from our favourite producer up north; Artificial Latvamäki. 'Se Tuli Aavikolta' is so intense you could bang your head to it. Quality stuff once more!

feedback:
Zip aka Dimbiman (Perlon): really like it...thank you!!
Troy Pierce (M_nus): i play the dub kult. very strange track, interestingly trippy... or trippingly intersting? either way nice one!!!
Jay Haze (Contexterrior): just recieved your cd and i must say, the dub kult song is fuckin wicked man! i will play this one to death! loving the vocal breakdown and the way it just keeps stepping. the dub cult will recieve full support from me in my dj sets and possible radio sets!
Roman Flügel (Playhouse/Klang): The Dub Kult track´s fantastic! THANKS A LOT!
Mathias Kaden (Freude Am Tanzen, Vakant): i play the A-side. very good sounds and the people remind the song!! very good!

Karotte (Cocoon Club): the Dub Kult is in my chart! a cool deep minimal house track. i like it. i play it in my radioshow too!!!
Touane (Persona): I really like the A-side, original and percussive, which is a direction i am starting to explore right now. Also the sound is gorgeous!
Franklin De Costa (Trapez): thx for the curle promo, played it already. dub kult is the one for me with his slight jolty beats and the cool japanese vocal. curious about the next plans for the label!
Geoffroy (Mugwump/Hiphen/Suicide): aie aie aie, the dub kult was the stand out of my crazy after-hours set in paris last w-e, this track is a killer, very very good...
