Jamal Moss on Tweak FM

the man like hieroglyphic being, sun god, africans with mainframes, etc etc on danish radio. what the website says:

"This Friday, TweakFM are proud to present a special exclusive 80 minutes dj-mix made by Jamal Moss aka Hieroglyphic Being in Chicago. Besides being label boss on the respected Mathematics Recordings he has also released a number of records on labels such as Spectral Sound, Interdimentional Transmissions and Klang Elektronik.
The mix was made as a tribute to the infamous Chicago dj Ron Hardy and that's why a lot of old equipment have been used in this process.

Here's Jamal's own description of this mix.

Instruments: tape edit machine, reel to reel, two SP 404 units, Dual belt drive turntable, Gemini disco stereo mixer.

Agenda: demonstrate the process of the evolution & inception of box energy that manifested the worldwide phenomenon of house.

It was the experimenation of chicago disc jock Ron Hardy, a freeform innovator that evolved the sound of now and days 2 come. The sample/pattern/freeform series will demonstrate this experimention from it's zero point (326) & genesis (Ron Hardy).

Note: old & outdated equipment was used in the process in order to emulate the process from that era. Glitches & scratches, also strong old analogue textures & sounds will occur in the process"

no problem. only wish there was more out there. i heard there was going to be a jamal moss lp under his "hieroglyphic being" alias this year but no sign. i know he did that mix-cd type thing but i can't find it anywhere.

as the description is the same as for this mix here I was just wondering whether the tweak fm mix is an extract - or even the whole (cannot dl currently, so cannot tell ...) - of that mix cd.

Does anyone have the cd and can compare/confirm?

edit: they say it's exclusive to tweak fm - but who knows ...
