I'm totally agreeing with you. There are crowds of people out there making music, each in their own way. Ableton is useful, but can be used in an infinite amount of ways.

As for parties like that. I hear the gold coast of Australia and Thailand are great party spots. Also, Spain is supposed to be jumping right now.
