Touring-Proof external HDD

Post by sorgenkind »

Hi Guys,

since the harddisk on my laptop is 70% full I have some nasty crap when triggering *busy* scenes in live, it looks like I have to go out and shop for an external HD.
I'd like to know if anyone of you know some models which are well built enough to be taken on the road, and it has to be firewire.

thanks

thanks man,

had a quick go to the site, quite disappointed the nice lego-like bricks are only 5400 upm...
I'll check the whole site once again.

In the meantime I remembered that I can remove the DVD burner of my ibm lappie and put in a 7200 HDD, so I don't even need an external thing.
