Luca Ortega out of Mexico City and Mikael Stavostrand from Stockholm join forces on three bubbling housers, and they're a beguiling mixture of warm latin influenced grooves and more rigorous northern european progressive dancefloor electronics. "Fender caster" stands out with its shunting bottom end and wicked funk meets wild percussive strategy. "Spiral" has the legs for the long range mixes, wriggling through and outside several specific segments during its course and carrying all the necessary heavyweight funk. Another impressive joint from this Mo's Ferry offshoot.
