of course you are right witht: the medium is the message .... but i will save the vinyl ... also have mp3 ....

i´m afraid of it if in 20 years vinyl doesn´t exists anymore.....

vinyl is important for Hip Hop DJs (scratch, cut, juggle, etc.) , but for the techno thing - there is only the advantage of the sound quality: vinyl sounds "warmer"

Vinyl is needed, no cd-deck can replace the feeling..

i have no problems with Real/digital vinyl..

Why should techno sound 'warm'? This is something I have never understood.

Vinyl won't 'die' per se because two types of people will always carry on buying / using - posers who like a big record collection (I'm in this category) and reactionary conservatives who don't like the idea of mixing moving beyond two technics.
