Msg me your email adress and ill send you a download link ;)

could be a possibility... if you had some mp3s that you were selling cheaper than beatport then why not....

there might be some legality... but then the copyright laws are pretty fucked..

This.

I pick up the odd mp3 if it isn't released on vinyl but rarely end up playing it, I just don't feel like this format adds anything to my collection.
each to their own...
if you have to have your music etched on pieces of plastic then fair enough...

me i'm not fussy... be it on vinyl, cd, mp3, minidisc, cassette, reel to reel, minidisc, musical greeting card, via a DVS system.. don't care.. as long as i've got the music that makes me happy then i'm happy...

Are there actual laws against doing this? I would have thought it's no different to selling on vinyl that you no longer want.

of course it is an issue to sell mp3s second hand, cause you could do it more than once ..

i play vinyl also and bought a cd player last year, i bought since then maybe 15-20 mp3s and i play them never, i think its because i only buy mp3s when i feel the track is not worth the 10 € for a vinyl.

I realise it was a bit of a silly question, but you are basically only paying for the rights to music when purchasing an mp3.

there cant be a second hand shop for mp3s ever cause the shop couldnt make sure the users sell there tracks only once.

in private you can basically do what you want - the law doesnt matter cause nobody will report you or press charges ..

for what rights you pay when you buy a mp3 i dont really know, i bet its different for every country too.
