100% ripoff.

He sampled the main groove from the intro where the arrangement is less busy and build the rest of his track from there, adding some synths and what not. Still without the main bass groove his track is nothing. Sames as the Raresh case I'm afraid. Sue him, gotta learn the hard way!

"It has been brought to our attention that Replika's track on our sampler is based on a track by Leonid called Resting II. LWR did not know this information when we put out the record and we are horribly embarrassed to have ripped off an artist's work, even if it was not intentional. For this we are truly sorry. We know that nothing can repair the damage that was done, but we hope Leonid can find it in his heart to forgive as it was truly an honest mistake. If we had a chance to do it over knowing what we know now, obviously we would never release the song.
