People always whine about inflated prices on discogs, but when the time comes to sell their records they forget their integrity.

This has nothing to do with being "a true lover / collector of 12". Sometimes you buy a record and realise that you don't really care for it. And if you don't need it then why not sell it to those who do?
So tell me, IF you were selling a copy of this record, what price would you sell it for? €9 or €45?
