aight, gonna help you out with this one.
sounds like a loop running under a gate-pattern thing with short decay..
and that stuff you can do with scuzzphut6.5-lite
have a good groove chopping time.

I highly recommend Reaktor 5 for this. There is many Ensemble within it that will give you the desired effect with a bit of tweaking.
