midi controllers

freshly,i want a mixer where i can connect a guitar,mic and at the same time use it like midi controller.is it possible or i have to do a combination of mixer and midi controller

my choices are widening.
1) edirol pcr-m30 & behringer eurorack ub 1204
2) edirol ur-80,pic
i like ur-80 but it's expensive.i think first choice is more right

i have a behringer BCR2000, and while it's cheap and versatile, i find it very unresponsive with ableton ( but i'm mainly an analogue producer, so digital always seems to have a lag to me ). i also have have a doepfer controller which i use with virtual synths ( Nord 3 / virus B ) and it's so much more responsive and solid. I'd go for Doepfer.

I'm using the EMU X-board 49.
It's a basic controller, but price/quality is just fine.
